Ellen Grudowski, LISW-S

Ellen graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work. She has experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. Ellen also enjoys working with college-age students, neurodivergent individuals, and the LGBTQ+ population.Ellen uses an eclectic approach that pulls from evidence-based modalities including CBT, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused CBT), FST (Family Systems Therapy), and has completed training in personality disorders. Ellen is currently working on extensive ADHD training to provide assessments in the future.

In her spare time, Ellen enjoys tending to her 3 furball children, attempting to garden, putting together wooden puzzles, and having a nice sit with good friends.
