Cait graduated from The Ohio State University’s Master of Social Work program focusing on mental health. She has specialized experience working with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, and enjoys helping clients create a better relationship with food, body, and movement. She also enjoys working with perfectionism, postpartum depression and anxiety, trauma, the LGBTQ+ population, college students, and adults with a variety of mental health concerns.
She uses a person-centered approach to meet the client’s personal goals and applies interventions from a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, RO DBT, and DBT. She is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for those who experienced trauma.
In her spare time, she is busy being a human and a fur Mom. She enjoys crafting, crocheting, going to concerts, indoor and outdoor gardening, and reading.
