Vanessa Rebollar-duty, M.S.Ed., LPC | (she/her)
Vanessa is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received her education at University of Dayton in 2018. She first earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Ohio State University and continued her professional growth to receive a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at University of Dayton.
She began her clinical counseling experience at Nationwide Children’s hospital, specializing in Eating disorder treatment within higher levels of care. Vanessa continued her specialization with eating disorders at The Emily Program where she expanded her clinical work to focus on adults with eating disorders and other co-occurring disorders including PTSD, Generalized Anxiety, OCD and depression. Vanessa has provided support in different levels of care including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient services.
Vanessa’s approach in therapy is collaborative and strength based, focusing on client’s individualized goals. She values the therapeutic relationship as she believes this is a core foundation in helping clients achieve overall well-being. As a Hispanic woman, Vanessa is passionate to provide support to marginalized communities.
Vanessa is currently working under the supervision of Heidi K. Carter, LPCC-S, LICDC.
