She will collaborate with you to find the behaviors, choices, and boundaries that make you feel proud about what you contribute to your life and relationships. Mackenzie is passionate about knowing you well so she can help you discover your own truth.
Utilizing a therapeutic approach which is individualized based on the client’s needs, Mackenzie takes a psychoanalytic approach to create self-awareness and change problematic behaviors. She enjoys helping individuals discover their authenticity by breaking free of “people pleasing” tendencies and self-sabotaging habits. She has experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal and relationship issues, self-esteem, OCD and more. She has completed level II training for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from disturbing life experiences.
